Service Public : Guide to administrative procedures in Morocco

"ServicePublic" is a bilingual application (Arab/French), allowing the general public dissemination of information on administrative procedures, public services coordinates and recruitment competitions concerning state services, local authorities and public establishments and businesses.

The editorial contents come from the Ministry of Public Service and the modernization of the administration (MFPMA) in partnership with the various ministerial departments.

The "ServicePublic" application is a service of the "Service-Public.ma" portal service, the first Moroccan government portal, specialized in disseminating information on procedures and administrative procedures.

It offers access:

- to the guide of administrative procedures allowing the user to find all the practical information relating to administrative procedures.

- At the Pose Question section, service which allows the user to consult the question database, and to ask directly by phone/email of questions specific to "Idarati".

- The opinions of recruitment competitions concerning state services, local authorities and public establishments and businesses.

- At the administration's directory, space informing about the physical and electronic contact details of certain state services and public institutions.

- At Espace Actualités which publishes information on new practical public services as well as new regulations.

- Useful numbers, telephone directory of contact numbers and public call centers.
